Hi Amanda! Loooooong time follower :) (Formally countessdelioncourt) I miss your shop on etsy and your wonderful skirts. I STILL receive compliments on my beautiful black and white skirt, so I must thank you again. Mmmm I want some chocolate LOL

Anyway, I've never tried the green smoothies, so I couldn't tell you my favorite recipe. For weight loss tips however, I drink 3-4 cups of green tea per day (decaffeinated because caffeine actually gives me headaches). It's a great appetite suppressant and great for your skin as it's loaded with antioxidants. I hope all is well and congratulations on your wonderful family!

I don't really follow recipes for my green smoothies, but my favourite one has spinach, frozen peaches, and huckleberries (along with a liquid and sometimes some almond butter).

Thank you to everybody who commented! I really enjoyed hearing about your healthy lifestyle tips and recipes for green smoothies. Lots of you were wary of putting greens into a smoothie, but I'm telling you... you can't even taste them! Give it a try.

My own "swearing off sugar" kick has kind of sputtered and died. Miserably. I have been drinking a daily smoothie, but there were Trader Joe's Jojos in the house, people! I don't want to talk about it. I'm pushing reset. My 30 days of hating refined sugar start now.
